A former collegiate basketball and lacrosse athlete and physical education teacher, he combines his background in fitness and education to help clients build strength, improve their health, and create lasting results.
Fitness is deeply personal for Trevis. His approach is supportive, individualized, and focused on long-term success. Through strength training, conditioning, mobility work, and nutrition guidance, he helps clients develop sustainable habits that support a stronger, healthier lifestyle.
